Sweet Mawa Gughra

Sweet Mawa Gughra (also known as Gujiya) is a traditional Indian sweet, especially popular during festivals like Holi and Diwali. It has a crispy, golden outer shell made from refined flour and is filled with a rich mixture of mawa (khoya), sugar, dry fruits, and cardamom. The gughra is deep-fried until golden brown and sometimes coated with sugar syrup for extra sweetness.
