Lachha Paratha

Lachha Paratha is a popular North Indian layered flatbread made from whole wheat flour. It is known for its crispy, flaky layers and is typically cooked with ghee or butter on a tawa (griddle). The layers are achieved by rolling and folding the dough multiple times before cooking. It pairs well with curries, dals, or even yogurt and pickles.
